The company
Plumbing, heating and maintenance under one roof
LMC Plumbing & Maintenance has been trading since 2019. The company handles domestic plumbing and heating work across Warwick, Coventry and the surrounding West Midlands: repairs, boilers, bathrooms, kitchens, drainage and ongoing maintenance for homeowners and landlords.
For bigger projects like bathrooms and kitchens, LMC coordinates the other trades the job needs, including tiling and electrics, so customers deal with one company, one quote and one schedule from start to finish.
How the business grew
No advertising budget and no leaflets. LMC grew on repeat customers and recommendations: do a small job well, get asked back for a bigger one, then get passed along to the neighbour, the family member, the landlord with three properties on the same street. Most of the diary still comes from people who've used the company before.
The reviews repeat the same points: turned up when promised, charged what was quoted, finished on schedule, left the place clean. Those are the things the company measures itself on.
How we work

- Dust sheets down, work areas cleaned, old parts and scrap removed and disposed of properly.

What we don't do
Large commercial installations. LMC is a domestic company by choice. If a job is outside our scope we'll say so on the first phone call, and where we can, we'll point you towards someone suitable.
